The Advisory Board
The MFMW Advisory Board (AB) is a formation of volunteer individuals in the wider community connecting the MFMW to potential future partners in the corporate world and beyond. The Advisory Board (AB) assist the MFMW with its sustainability and efficiency and recommend the MFMW Board of Directors (BoD) steps to be taken to diversify its sources of income. The Advisory Board meet regularly with MFMW’s representative(s) to provide suggestions in raising MFMW’s profile and implementing fund-raising events and activities.

Dr. Daniel T. Feldmann, CAIA
Chairman
Dr. Daniel T. Feldmann is a Swiss national and relocated to Hong Kong from Switzerland in June 2016 to establish the Asia Pacific presence for his employer. He works in the capital markets for an asset management corporation in the role of a Partner and specializes in public real estate securities investments.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Ph.D in Business Administration all from the University of Zurich. He gained the CAIA Charter certification and is a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) Hong Kong Chapter.
Daniel joined the Advisory Board of the MFMW in December 2021.

Karyn McLean, CFA
Member
Karyn is a senior marketing and communications executive, having led regional teams across APAC. Firms around the world consult her about their marketing strategies and how best to position themselves for success across the diversity of the region.
Karyn has been an active mentor of young women across Asia, including with Women in Finance Asia (WIFA) and as an instructor with the Young Women in Investment programme in India in 2018 and 2019. She is also part of the 30% Club's Women to Watch in Hong Kong.
Karyn is a CFA Charter holder and has an MBA from the University of Toronto. Originally from Canada, she has lived in Hong Kong for the past 7 years and joined MFMW's Advisory Board in 2021.

Kelly Liew
Member
Kelly Liew has over 20 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, business development, training, mentoring, coaching and counselling capabilities. A Malaysian-born Chinese, Kelly previously lived in Malaysia, England, and Japan. Kelly is formally the Vice President, Commercial and Procurement Services for WPP Group plc, Asia Pacific’s businesses (MARCOM), Director of Purchasing for Tupperware Incorporation (Direct Selling) and the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Esselte Dymo SEA (FMCG).
Kelly is currently a life coach and a counsellor to individual and small group clients in Hong Kong and China. She is also an active member of The Women’s foundation, HK in its "Mentoring for Future Women Leaders" programme as a mentor, member of the foundation’s 'Lean In Circle’ and it’s 30% Club's Women to Watch. She joined the MFMW's Advisory Board in 2021.

Freddy Chua is Managing Director & Partner at SC Capital. He was formerly a Board Member, Managing Director and Head of Investment Management of Rodamco Asia. Previously, he was head of Hong Kong and China investments at GIC. He was also an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of Travelsky Technology Ltd.

Lynda Chen
Sr. Advisor, Greater China – Economics of Mutuality Foundation
Member
Lynda has over 20 years of commercial experience in retail, IT, and consultancy in Asia, across the functions of market entry, new business development, and commercial negotiation advisory.
Lynda currently serves as Greater China Sr. Advisor of Economics of Mutuality Foundation, responsible for developing the Economics of Mutuality movement in the Greater China region. Joined in Mars in 2018 as APAC Director - Economics of Mutuality, Lynda resides in Hong Kong.
Lynda holds an MBA degree from Said Business School at the University of Oxford (UK) and a Master of Letters in International Business from the University of St Andrews (UK). She is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by Project Management Institute (US), and a certified Professional Co-Active Coach by Co-Active Training Institute (US).
In her spare time, Lynda has a passion for social entrepreneurship and women development. She serves as a mentor and expert at UNLEASH, a global social innovation accelerator. She is also a life coach and a mentor of the Women Leaders Mentoring Program by The Women’s Foundation in Hong Kong. Lynda also served as a council member of the Women Advisory Council at Amcham China.
